Great spot to stay in beautiful Tutakaka. The restauraunt was only open limited hours (for breakfast) which was no problem for us, but worth noting for some travellers. There are good places to eat nearby. Room was huge, clean and appeared to be recently renovated.

The room we stayed in has had a refurb, but the hallways etc. are looking a bit tired. Also be aware that the room is only serviced once every 3 days, which for the price you pay seems not ideal. Reception staff lovely and the restaurant is great (open for breakfast and lunch only)

The room was lovely and clean. The location is great. I booked this hotel for the pool and based on the photos of it, however when I arrived the pool area had only one lounge chair and everyone else had to lie on the concrete. If I knew the area around the pool wasn’t comfortable I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. The check out staff member was great, however the staff member who checked me in had a tricky person before me who thought they had already paid online. Once she left, the staff member rolled her eyes and then complained about her to me. I found this quite unprofessional.
