We had a really comfortable if compact room which was all superbly clean and well maintained, also we had the privilege of meeting the marvellous manager Andy who is a superstar. Location is superb too and the breakfast in the linked Jubilee hotel was great and yummy. Absolutely would recommend and would stay again.

We had a great stay. It offered excellent value for money, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated being allowed to check in early, which made our arrival much more convenient. The accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short visit. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located and affordable place to stay.

We arrived and was shown to our room, family room was nice and spacious. The beds were made and had new towels, but there was no new loo roll and we still had the previous occupants dirty mugs and spoons. It was very quiet in the evenings. But the biggest downfall was the room smelt of cigarette smoke, either previous occupants have smoked out the window or someone smokes in one of the rooms next door and it seeps in.

Clean room, comfy bed, no hair dryer provided, so take your own, very good welcome. We did book a room with a bath as we are walkers, but we were given a room with shower only. Parking is tricky as only allowed one night free and parking is a nightmare in Weymouth, it’s all permit parking or pay machines.

Nice welcome from owners. Rooms were OK for the price. Would suggest replacing the lumpy pillows (guess they've been washed) as replacements don't cost much. Easy to walk to from train station. Check in and out times convenient.

The Timrick Lodge was a nice place to reside - the only downfall for us was the sheer amount of noise around the property and our next door neighbouring room was up and down all night which kept us awake. The property was simple but exactly what you’d need for a few nights away. The only other small issue we had was the parking, when booking it said that there was parking available but we didn’t understand how limited it was. With only 24 hours parking maximum available to anyone staying there, we had to move our vehicle a few streets down - which wasn’t the end of the world but also not ideal as we would have liked to have eyes on the car in an unfamiliar area. It’s close to the beach and the start of the strip which was lovely. The owner was friendly and chatty. Thanks again 😊😊

The location of the property was great very close to sea and town. The gentleman who checked us in was cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately didn't get much sleep one of the other residents seemed to be up all night talking loudly with others. Only booked this due to short notice ... you do get what you pay for.

Good value for money for room only - this is more a managed property than a proper BnB experience. Staff not pleasant on arrival and had to be called in. Room itself clean and nicely furnished. Seconds away from excellent Weymouth beach.. though many properties in central Weymouth a bit dated and rough around the edges. I'd recommend Dorchester/Lulworth Cove and surrounding areas if you want something more upmarket.

I was told to go back as I was early so that was fair to come back at 2 and the room was full of rubbish and also no clean bedding to be told to go back out and come back in a hour okay he gave us a drink wouldn't stay again as it wasn’t the best also I do have photos it was a hot day and it smelt funny with all the flys and rubbish
