We had the most wonderful 3-night stay at Penn House Hotel in Weymouth. My 9 year old son and I were genuinely sad to leave by the end — it felt less like a hotel and more like staying with family or friends. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. Our top-floor room had an absolutely amazing view, and it was such a peaceful place to relax after busy days exploring Weymouth. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and quiet in the evenings, which was perfect for us. Breakfast each morning was delicious and freshly cooked, a lovely hot meal that set us up for the day. The location was also ideal — an easy walk from the train station, beach, shops, restaurants, and all the town amenities, while still feeling calm and quiet at night. We would return in a heartbeat and can’t recommend Penn House Hotel highly enough!

Such a fabulous, traditional B&B in the perfect location. We had two nights in a seaview room and only wish we could've stayed longer! Definitely planning a return trip next year. Many thanks to Kez and Rod for their hospitality.

Great view of the beach from our room but surprised that our room was not ensuite. Instead we had to go outside our room, down some stairs and up some more stairs to find our private toilet and private shower room next to it. Not very convenient in the middle of the night in hot weather when sleeping naked! Room was clean but basic and dated. Breakfast was very good but to be expected to be seated between 8am - 8.30am and pre-order what you wanted the day before or go without is harsh and something weve never encountered before. No wifi available either. Stairs are steep too which didnt help. Parking a bit hit and miss too. Street is choc a bloc all day and if you cant get a space you need to find a car park and these are not close

Location was excellent, also friendly hosts. However, we found very restrictive that breakfast was served only between 8-8.30 am. Also, need to be aware of steep stairs, which wasn’t a problem for us but it wasn’t mentioned on the booking.

The owners are great and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome , nothing is too much trouble. I have narcolepsy 1 an unusual condition which unfortunately played up during my stay, Kez. the owner was extremely helpful , supportive and understanding and her husband Rodney was also understanding with a good knowledge of the surroundings , he gave us good advice what to do in the area. We also had a lovely room which had a beautiful sea view and all amenities were all close by as it’s situated in a perfect area near to everything but it was also a very quiet and peaceful area which guarantees a good night’s sleep. We will definitely will visit again. Caroline

I loved my stay here. Owners went out of their way by supplying gluten free bread for breakfast. I was down to look at houses and got help reg areas here. Really friendly helpful. Comfy bed. Great shower. Location cant be beaten its just on the beach. I walked everywhere as town center was a nice walk. Would stay again.

We had a lovely two days in Weymouth and it was made even nicer by the stay at pennies house hotel. Our sea view was wonderful and Kezia was the most fantastic host nothing to much trouble would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely B&B with lovely views & fantastic hosts

Penn House is a lovely little B&B right on the coast of Weymouth Bay. Kezia & Rodney were fantastic hosts and made us feel very welcome. I totally recommend the Sea View room! Would definitely stay at Penn House again if returning to Weymouth.

Really lovely small hotel run by a lovely couple.Very friendly and ideal location.We had a sea view room so could hear the sea all night which was brilliant. Breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked. We had a lovely time!
