We were only there for two nights .lovely location with an easy short walk to town, beach and harbour. The room was fine and comfortable enough for our stay!

Host was very welcoming and it was nice to have off road parking (if a little tight). Location was ideal for Weymouth front and centre. The room door was very flimsy and didn't feel secure. The room was clean but tired. There is a room with a toilet and shower but the sink was in the main room. Water was leaking from somewhere onto the bathroom floor. The bed was fine and whilst the room in our opinion was tired you could see the owners were trying hard. We didn't use the breakfast but it was lovely that this was available f.o.c.

We stopped for two nights and enjoyed the property which had all we expected. Very friendly staff who couldn't do more for our stay. Definitely would recommend this to anyone. Easy walk to Weymoth beach.

The owner was extremely friendly and informative. Our room was very clean and tidy. WiFi worked well, cute little jar of biscuits, bottled water and a variety of teas and coffees in the room. He had a cute little dining room with a self service breakfast which was unusual but great! Would definitely stay again
