Fabulous location at the old harbour end of The Esplanade. Lots of little wine bars, coffee shops and pubs in the streets behind. Very near the theatre and a short walk to Nothe Fort. Comfortable bed, wide choice for breakfast and a friendly host.

Very pleasant 3 night stay here at Beach View Guesthouse. Our room no. 7 overlooks the beach and one can see the whole coastline. Lovely room with all facilities. Lovely hosts provided excellent breakfasts with good choices. Will definitely visit again when next in the area!

This was a last‑minute find for our anniversary, and we couldn’t have been happier. You can step straight outside to the sea, and the view of the harbour from the bedroom window was lovely. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. Cooked breakfast was delicious, with plenty of other choices. The room had everything we needed, was spotless, and the bed was really comfortable.
