Water was too small & slow, no pressure

Nothing special about this place except it’s been around a long time and has history. That said, it’s been around a long time. Not a hotel for families and a bit out of the way. They charge a non-refundable $34/day “amenities” charge. There are no amenities. The layout of our city view room was odd, and the room had an aesthetic fireplace. It reminded me a bit of an older hotel in Pigeon Forge. My son said walking in the hallways reminded him a bit of the Shining. Not sure I’d take it that far. If I had it to do over, I would’ve booked a room in the heart of everything. The cost would likely have been less, and the stay would’ve been much more convenient. This is just a weird hotel. And expensive. With no reason to be so.

Terrible, dirty, and under construction. Literally had a sign outside that said it was a high prostitution area.

Stayed one night to visit multiple relatives and family members who live in Tukwila, Seattle and further up North. Place was affordable and a good location from the various cities we needed to go to and things to do. Outside it looks a bit dated but is decently well maintained inside. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was alright. Nothing fancy, beds were okay as well. Been in worse, been in better. Breakfast - It’s more than a continental as advertised - they had a waffle bar, fruit, yogurts, eggs and sausage on top of cereal, pastries, coffee, juice, milk etc. Definitely exceeded expectations there. This is a good option if you’re looking for an affordable spot in a good location and not expecting any bells or whistles (nothing wrong with that!).
