The property is in need of some updating and, overall, we found it looked tired, outdated and rather scruffy. “Primer día nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación 2 veces por diferentes causas ( no funcionaba la tv y ventana rota) todos los días teníamos que bajar a recepción por que no funcionaba la tarjeta para abrír la puerta y el último día llegamos a la habitación y no había toallas con lo cual toco bajar una segunda vez. “No esta mal, pero esta mas destinado para gente mayor y de la tercera edad, las habilidades no estan mal, pero se hecha de menos un refriguerador, o aire acondicionado. El servicio de limpieza pesimo, se llevan las toallas sucias y no te dejan limpias, no te cambian sabanas aunque esten sucias, solo te estiran la cama y poco mas...no se lo que esperaba encontrar. Pero no es tan malo.”

“The room was large, bright and clean with the added bonus of a fan. Staff were polite and helpful. Evening meal was superb. If we are in Harpenden again we will definitely stay here again.”
