Friendly staff with a clean room and great location

Underwhelming. Place was clean and well maintained. But not worth additional cost above other business class hotels. Gym looks glamorous in pics and was awful. Pool small and dirty.

Bruno was the best butler of all time!

The rooms were very clean however wished you had a pool.

My hotel room was rather small. And I had to convert the couch into a bed whenever I wanted to sleep. I was on my own, which was good. I had plenty of space to store my stuff for four days, but it would have been tight if there had been another person staying with me. It had a useful safe. But the room did not have a fridge. I liked the bathroom. The shower was especially nice. The room was attractive in a high-tech way, which was somewhat frustrating (I do not know if my staff tipping went through properly, even though I asked at the front desk). I would have preferred more lighting in the room, but managed okay. Overall, I liked the room, but just for one person. The hotel restaurants were very good, although pricey. The rooftop area has a lovely view. And the hotel location is terrific. It is right by the T and walkable to all sorts of restaurants, shops, the harbor, and activities.
