The Quality Inn in Weston, West Virginia, is an older and outdated property, and there is a noticeable odor throughout the location. The building and furnishings could definitely benefit from updating. That said, the staff was professional, friendly, and pleasant, which made a positive difference in the overall experience. Most importantly, the room was clean and properly maintained, which I appreciated. While the property itself could use significant updates and improvement, the cleanliness of the room and the professionalism of the staff deserve recognition. With renovations and attention to the property's odor and overall appearance, this location could provide a much better experience for guests.

First off, the staff at the desk were amazing. We had to last minute book for an additional day, the day before our reservations, and the staff was super helpful and got our entire stay moved to another room of the same tier. Spoke to multiple desk staff associates during our stay, and they were all helpful and professional. More of a motel than an inn. Card reader for the room was very, very finicky. It took us 4 different cards before we got one that worked for me, and even then, it was a struggle. My partner could not for the life of her get it to read for her. Some of the interior pieces were in need of updating. Bathroom ceiling vent and toilet paper holder looked like they were hanging on by a thread. Couch felt like it was about to give out. Sand / dirt in the bottom of the pool. Asked for housekeeping on our second night, so we would get a restock and have clean bedding on our final night, went out for the day the next morning, and returned long after cleaning ours to our room not being touched at all. Desk staff was very professional, and got us clean amenities for the night. Morning breakfast was pretty good.

The surrounding area was very dirty. Cigarettes everywhere, dust. Seems that they don't really clean and they have also construction items everywhere. The pool was disgusting, water was green. My room smelled pretty bad, like humidity and dirt. I had to buy a room refresher for it. Bed was comfortable and bedding sheets was cleaned. But I did find some small death cockroaches and spiders in the room. Front desk staff was ok. Breakfast was alright, not to bad for the place. I've being eating at the Indian restaurant a couple times and it's pretty good. I think the food over there it's the only good thing. Such a great location, and they could really do much better.

Quiet until the bar crowd got noisy as our room was right next to the lounge. Room clean, bed comfortable, breakfast needs improvement as eggs didn't taste right, parking was okay. For the price the motel was nice. Weston Grill did have good food and service. Three and half stars to four max.
