The staff was courteous and helpful and the facility was clean and orderly. One of our bathroom floor tiles was cracked and gave a soft feeling to it when walking on it. The shower was fair with dated shower fixtures, but worked well. The breakfast was OK with minimal choices. No home fries and no fresh fruit. Overall, I would rate the hotel as decent with some areas that could be improved.

I absolutely love this hotel when I go to Massachusetts! The staff is so helpful and sweet (especially Dina!). She gives lots of love to my dog when I bring her. Me and my fiancé LOVE their breakfast as well. We’ve been to other hotels where they run out of breakfast food and this hotel never does. Great room, great staff and great food! Definitely 5 starts and will be back again! Julie
