Fantastic hotel with chocolate theme, and Therefore a lot of free chocolat from their own production. Perfect spa, and even better breakfast. The lady that males the omelets etc is unbeliveble effektive and serviceminded. We had the deluxe rooms and it was really worth the money. Japaneese toilet , a lot of fun. We will be back

Værelset var rent og pænt. God morgenmad, friskpresset appelsinjuice, omeletter laves med ønsket fyld. God mad i restauranten, og søde tjenere. Ved ankomst på restauranten presenterede en tjerner sig som at hun var “vores” tjerner denne aften. Men tror kun hun kom en gang mere til bordet. Alle de andre gange var det en af de mange andre der kom, så det virkede lidt forvirrende. Flinkt personale i receptionen, men da vi spurgte om hjælp til hvad vi kunne foretage os i området, var der ikke rigtig noget hjælp at få. Virkede som om receptionisten ikke rigtig kendte området.

Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es wurde auf Details geachtet, z.B. Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Das Frühstück war exzellent, frisch und vielfältig. Besonders zu erwähnen, die Schokolade zum Nachtisch. Das Personal war in allen Abteilungen freundlich und zuvorkommend.

+ sehr ruhiges Zimmer o Schwimmbad nicht zu klein mit Gegenstromanlage, aber Whirlpool defekt o Frühstücksauswahl ok, wird aber nicht oft nachgelegt bzw. nur auf Nachfrage - beim Betreten des Hotels erwartet man bei dem Namen einen Schokoladengeruch und nicht den Geruch des Schwimmbads - man muss die Reinigung des Zimmers selbst anstoßen

Schönes Hotel mit dem witzigen Motto "Schokolade'. Die Westersteder Fußgängerzone ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, das Bad war klein aber ok. Leider riecht es ab und an etwas unangenehm aus dem Bodenabfluss. Frühstücksangebot war in Ordnung. Frisches Obst habe ich vermisst.

Het cafe behorende bij het hotel was prima. Echter moesten we tot 3X toe de bestelling doen. Na een uur wachten kregen we onze lekkernijen. Het zwembad was fijn. Gevulde badtas was op de kamer. De kamer was rustig met mooi uitzicht. Het was een top weekend in een fijn hotel!!
