Visiting g the Queen Mary is always a special event for me. Happy to see progress

Liked the restaurant, its menu, quality of food and the breakfast buffet. :) Liked the staff who were very helpful and courteous.:) Liked the view of Old Town and the city.:) The map of the grounds was very essential to be able to get to your building and room. :(

I liked that when you first walk into the building it looks really fancy. The long hallways kinda gave off The Shining vibes but the actual rooms we were in were nice. I had a couple issues with the rooms themselves. One, that flushing the toilet was a challenge because of how the actual flush mechanism ...

loved the beautiful property and that they had not renovated out the beauty...stained glass ceiling, old tile flooring, etc. the room was very comfortable and homey. loved the quaintness of the place--and the original elevator. and breakfast was amazing!!!! and it was served on china, not paper ...

I really like having a spa on site. I also appreciated the extra toiletries in my room.For example, a shave kit, a toothbrush/paste kit.

The location and the room was very clean ad did not smell.

The history of the Biltmore is so great! I love all the old structure..everyone is very nice here. Never disappoints us.

Business trip for the ASLA Conference. The hotel is located centrally, easy to get around. A little dated but still nice.

The breakfast was good. Nice hot tub. The windows in the room do not open- a frustration. The carpet felt old and not very clean.

I loved this place! The young man at the reception desk was very personable, pleasant and professional. The Cary is beautiful, charming and comfortable and we had a room overlooking Main St. that was furnished with antiques. I am definitely going back for another stay.

It is a beautiful 'Victorian' style. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. We will come here again.

Very old tymey and fun. Good location - easy walk to food and bars.

Small rooms, sparse amenities, tiny bathroom, close to everything in downtown.

Beautiful historical hotel, great location, friendly staff, clean rooms and grounds, and breakfast included in their bistro. I suggest an inside room away from the front windows as street noise will interrupt sleep. Their luxury queen mattresses were a little too firm for me.
