It was old and Erie, that was the attraction I think. It was kind of weird because there was no one there, just a few weirdos in the lobby.
Beautiful hotel right smack in the middle of Old Town. Would stay here again.
The hotel was nice inside with beautiful wood carved
This is a lovely place and very close to shops and dining. I stayed here years ago with my parents and was excited to share it with my husband. The only complaint was the noise from the people talking loudly on the patio at night. Since we did not call hotel service, they did not have the opportunity ...
It felt like a real Western historic style hotel in a phenomenal location.
The view was beautiful and the surrounding area is really cute.
The one of the lamps on night stand didn’t have a bulb and also missing light bulbs on center if room lights , phone wasn’t working properly!
everything was beautiful and the service was great
The art pieces captivate your senses and the space rejuvenates your spirit.

Great location - just across Old Town Sacramento. We came around 4 and they just were finishing cleaning, which was no done very thorough (there was somebody's ice cream left in the fridge and one of the shampoo bottles was in some brown stuff, I would not specify here my wife's guess of how it was ...
Pros: We were greeted by the friendly manager Josh upon entering the lobby. He quickly got us checked in and answered all of our questions about the hotel. Parking is just behind the hotel so very convenient. The bed was super comfortable and we slept very well. Fun old elevator to take you up to ...
Staff is amazing. Heated toilet seat is nice. Romantic. Food is really good.
Staying at the General Palmer was a very nice experience. The hotel is kept in excellent condition and the staff is great.
This a beautiful old hotel. The rooms were dated, obviously, but very cute and clean. We came in at the beginning of the Coronavirus shutdowns so they were not serving breakfast at all, but were very helpful in finding somewhere to eat. There is also not a microwave/fridge/coffee maker in the room, ...
Charming, historic hotel. Great location, close to everything!
This place is pretty cool. Right in the middle of Glenwood. Very convenient.
