The staff were very welcoming and eager to assist with requests. The room was truly very clean and I was impressed by the attention to detail throughout our stay. Parking was plentiful and the hotel is located in a quiet spot. We didn’t brine or stop at the bar but it was nice knowing it was there for us. Recommend it!

My only issue was bed wasn’t firm enough for me ant the fridge wasn’t cold enough but overall a good stay. Clean and a bigger room than expected. Great location by restaurants and shopping stores. The Roosevelt Field mall is close by.
