Nice room and comfortable bed. Biggest issue was the paper thin walls - we could hear the people next door on either side talking. Also, no breakfast was provided at the hotel. Check in went smoothly as did check out.

The hotel's website says they serve breakfast daily. They do not. The hotel is clean and conveniently located. The night staff was friendly. The beds are very firm, hard to get comfortable. But overall it's a good hotel.

Beautiful property - wonderful location - well maintained. There are no closets to hang your clothes. We had 2 rooms on our reservation and the hotel put them in 2 different levels which made things complicated - when I complained all I got was I am sorry.

The hotel had a breakfast room but no breakfast to offer. We did take advantage of provided juice, coffee, and hot chocolate. The pool was out of service many times. Requested roll-away bed was not ready and had to be brought in by another hotel. Vouchers for food were given to us, but there were many frustrations. Pillows were terrible! However, our room was clean.

We were able to check in early which was important to us because we had to get ready for an event. Great service from staff. The breakfast that was advertised was not available because of the off-season mode which I can easily accept, especially with the affordable price but then it should not be advertised. I highly recommend breakfast at the Old Town Cafe. Coffee is excellent as is the food.

West entrance to Yellowstone Park is 5 minutes away by car. You can walk into West Yellowstone for dinner. It was very quiet which we greatly appreciated. However, we stayed at the Hotel in January, so off season basically. I will stay there again next month.
