We loved staying here. So comfortable and decorated really well. The owners added so many things that made our stay so easy (vanity and dental kits, nearby recommendations for food and activities) and the bed was SO comfortable.

Perfect Inn

This Inn was fabulous! Very comfortable for my family of 5 and extremely well stocked with everything we needed! It was a great location and just made for a very comfortable stay!

Place was wonderful. Nicely done. Comfortable. Clean. Staff was AMAZING - went above and beyond to return a child’s blanket to us. Simply wonderful people. Would definitely stay here again in a heart beat.

This is a 5 star in comparison to all options in West Yellowstone. Super clean, super quiet and all the amenities you would need. It’s in the back of an auto body shop but don’t let that deter you, cute really nice building and clean area. The rooms are awesome and comfortable! Highly highly recommend. They have a community room downstairs for playing games or ordering pizza and hanging out (which we did). Will be back!

The room was very nice, clean and had nice amenities. There were snacks and water available. We had no issues with the fact that the place is connected to an auto body shop. Zero noise was heard from anywhere. The only thing I’d ask for is tv directions. There were two remotes and no information/list on which channels were available. We’d definitely come back here to stay again.

Extremely disappointed

A code was required to get in. I was not given a code and nobody would answer my calls. I was still charged. There has been no response and no help given from the company. The pictures of the room looked good but again I was not able to get in. There was no indication that there was no front desk and again they were supposed to send a code but never did.

Strange location, not worth the money

A very clean room, but we had no idea it was attached to the back of an auto body shop with a view of a parking lot. For the price, with no service of any kind no front desk and the front door to the building was never locked, it was quite a rip off. Bed was like a big soft pillow. Decoration nice and it was clean, but a dated shower/bathroom and just a small room--again just not worth the insane cost. We should have been told about the lack of service and more about the location.

This was a perfectly appointed, modern, beautiful clean property with keyless entry. Incredibly comfortable beds, spacious, charming decor. Great amenities that you would expect from any boutique upscale hotel, and unlimited water bottles, ice, ziplock bags, cooler bags/cooler that guests can use for their adventure into Yellowstone. My only complaint is that it was not at all clear to me when I booked this that this is not a traditional inn/hotel - no receptionist, no staff, no restaurant, and it is located at the back of an auto body shop. My mother is older/a bit fearful and she was really worried that this was a scam, but she loved it once we were in and safe! So more of a lack of information rather than any issues with the accommodations themselves. Also no housekeeping but you could request towels, more coffee, etc.
