Place was clean and quit, looks like they are doing some upgrades. The pizza bar around the corner was awesome. It was also close to all the stuff on the west side of Yellowstone like old faithful

We had a great stay. The hotel was conveniently located just minutes from the entrance to the national park, and we could easily walk to the supermarket and nearby souvenir shops. We really appreciated that our request for a first-floor room was accommodated. Having both a microwave and a refrigerator in the room was also very helpful. The property is a little older overall, but the room was clean and well maintained, and we had no issues during our stay.

There was no frig or microwave in the room... It did have body wash and shampoo in bathroom that smell like a man and soap by the sink... no conditioner though... the ice was across the street in the office... it is a big place to stay so be specific on what you want... parking was crazy late at night... but a good place to rest... and easy access to the Yellowstone National Park..

The room was clean but lacked any amenities. The walls were very thin - we could hear every step the people above us made. Outside of our room always had trash on the walkway. Best thing about the stay was the location, which was very close to the West Yellowstone entrance, as described.

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff very friendly. Prob with directTV connection promptly resolved. Heat/AC, MW, fridge all good. No parking issues. Rm 205 could use a new replacement door bottom-threshold sweep to seal 1" gap. Rolled bath mat filled it for the nite. Thanks!

Spacious room. Could use a dresser or another flat surface furniture. Parking was very limited making hard to find a spot on the street even. Name is misgiving as it’s two hotels that have combined. Very close to entrance of park. Thought it was supposed to have a refrigerator but it did not. It’s a must if staying for several days. Ice machine was broken but they had bagged ice.

One of the ladies was very nice the other one ( an older woman) was rude when I asked for some help as a very loud noice appeared in our room. Luckily a noice stopped. Walls are rather thin and when someone uses the bathroom next door it sounds like a train running througj the room. Beds were super comfy and we a nice sleep there.

They sell the room with fridge and coffee machine but not all the rooms actually have it. Not a bug deal for us if we haven’t bring a bunch of fruits Nd sandwiches for the road trip. Bummer. When I asked they said they couldn’t do anything cause they were sold out…2 minutes from the park, perfect location, nice bed, very clean, soft towels :)
