Short review: 5/5 stars for a motel. Spacious, clean & well equipped rooms. Extra furniture in the room. Value addition, every room had a cute little patio looking over a landscaped cozy backyard with chairs, fireplace, BBQ grill & corn-hole. This is a unique touch. Also has a indoor pool & hot tub which we didn’t get a chance to use.

Good budget lodging. Shower had excellent water pressure. The patio and grilling area of the “deluxe“ room looked nice. The indoor pool and hot tub area looked nice and provided towels, too, but we didn’t have time to use it. The staff at check-in and check-out were pleasant and helpful. You can hear noise from adjacent and above rooms, and one of the bed sheets could have used some bleaching/stain remover, but overall good value lodging.

I originally chose this particular hotel because of it's convenient location to the Hyannis beaches as well as the mall. For visitors who enjoy a variety of restaurants, this location was ideal. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of 'things to do' right on the property grounds. I was able to enjoy a mini-vacation without even leaving the property! I really enjoyed the cozy fire pit set up with Adirondack chairs and a corn hole game just outside my room, which had a quaint deck set up with chairs and a small table for my morning breakfast and coffee. I spent a relaxing day reading one of my favorite books beside the meticulously maintained outdoor pool, and I really appreciated all of the hanging planters and window boxes that were overflowing with color. And, one last commendation, the hotel's mattresses were extremely comfortable and the linens were divine! I would highly recommend your property to my family and friends! Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
