After checking in we went to our room and instantly had the smell of cigarettes. I went back to the office and they insisted this is a non smoking room. I told them I have allergies to cigarettes in which she responded she does too and wears a mask when cleaning the rooms.. they gave us a different room, it also smelled. I would have gone to a different hotel but there are no other hotels in the area so we had to take the room. Several times there were people standing outside our room talking loudly and smoking cigarettes. I bring earplugs so it helps with the noise but not with the smell. We left coughing from how bad the cigarettes were. The pillows, bedding and towels are old and need replacing with new ones that are not stained. The only thing positive was the bed was fairly comfortable and the shower had good pressure and hot water. I will not be staying here again. I do not recommend this hotel unless you have no other option.
