West Point Vacations

I thought this was going to be a great hotel close to so much in the city. We had to wait in line for an extremely long time. It was so crowded. Staff were not around to be helpful. Super disappointed.

For two (2) nights is was over $600. Parking was not included in the price of the hotel room. Parking is $65 a day (24) hours. The towel rack by the shower was about to fall off the wall. The dry-wall anchors were showing. There was another shell above the toilet and that too was about to fall off the wall also. The faucet for the sink was very close to the sink and water was going onto the counter because of this. They need a bigger faucet for the sink to fix this problem. And made it very difficult to wash your hands.There was a hole in towel that we used for the shower. The tv remote only worked for the volume and not the channels. Someone decided to put the plug for the tv on an upside down plug so you have to turn the switch on for the tv to work. There was no instructions for this we just had to figure this out.

Good location near Union square, spacious room. Breakfast was really lovely and staff are friendly and very helpful

We liked our stay. The breakfast room was very low crowd that I enjoyed sitting in there eat and relax.
