This is a very dated property. Staff were friendly and accommodating at check-in, but, hotel room smelled very musty and of mildew. Linens were clean but old and not comfortable. We had one towel, one hand towel and one washcloth for two people for two nights.

a little disappointed

no exercise room, ice machine didn’t work, vending machine items you had to get at front desk. breakfast was bread, jelly, oatmeal cream pies, milk, Cheerios and a few kinds of yogurt. they had one pot of coffee. the room was clean and the hotel was aesthetically pleasing. we got stuck due to weather and the laundry room was in working order, it was $2 a load.

Stinky, dank room. Very small pillows and when we asked for more were told "there are already pillows in the room". The "super-charged" breakfast that was included in the stay included empty coffee pots, 4 stale waffles, dry cereal (didn't stay long enough to see if there was milk) and some good bananas. While my family wandered around the breakfast area trying to figure out where the breakfast was, the guy behind the desked stared at a tv and had no idea we were there. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

I did not like the floor plan--entered through the downstairs back door! The breakfast offered NO eggs! The price was NOT what I understood the price to be when I booked with EXPEDIA. I asked to speak with manager, but he never called me back. I got the impression that the staff offered as little as possible, for example, only 2-washcloths, only 1-hand towel, doesn't seem to me like enough for a 2-night stay! I DID enjoy the large jacuzzi tub!! I would NOT recommend this property, and certainly would not stay here again!

The room was clean. Great A/C in our room! And hot shower. 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel for a 4-person room. The stairs had not been vacuumed well and had gum stuck in the carpet. Trash in the landscaping. No smoke detector in the room; just cords hanging down. Ceiling paint cracked and peeling from apparent water damage. No glasses in the room for drinking water. Front desk had display of drinks available, but out of everything but 2 flavors of Gatorade. Free 'Super Start' continental breakfast was underwhelming. No coffee.

Dirty bathroom, thin towels that were old and gray, not white, no tv, no coffee or water, some cereal in a container but no breakfast at 7am, supposed to have king bed but got Queen as they said no king, inefficient staff at check in. Side light by bed didn’t work. No updates at all. Would never recommend or stay there again. Would have left but it was late and nowhere to go. YUK!!!!

This felt unsafe. Upon entering the room, I passed several other doors covered with caution tape. Then, when entering my room, there was no light in the bathroom. When I notified the staff, they came down barefoot with a step stool and changed the light bulb. It smelled strongly of urine in the bathroom and the toilet had black mold and mildew in it. The shower had black scum, hair, and whiskers. There was hair all over the floor. There were whiskers covering the sink and vanity. I went back to the front desk and asked for a cleaning agent and paper towels, they did not have any but gave me napkins which I used to wipe black dirt and dust from everywhere in the room. There was a bubble of water damage in the ceiling measuring approximately 12 inches long by 8 inches wide. It smelled strongly of mildew. I looked in the sheets to find more hair. I went back to the front desk and asked for two sets of clean sheets to which they gave me one while acting annoyed and telling me they already cleaned the room. A group of 5 men stood outside my window blaring ranchero music until 1:45 AM. The exterior doors next to my room were taped open so anyone could enter. The TV did not work. The lobby was filthy. I arrived late and had no where else to go but this was awful and I immediately left as soon as it was light the next morning. This was so bad it deserves a call to the health department.
