No breakfast unless you want a cup of yogurt without spoons and cereal without milk, or spoons. I even went to the desk to ask for milk to make a bottle for my baby. They said “we don’t have milk”. The carpets were filthy. Homeless people everywhere, loud in the hallways all night. I felt dirtier after my shower somehow. There was no mini fridge in our room, so I couldn’t keep my baby’s food. The two women at the desk were both on their personal phones, talking in Spanish on the phone while I was trying to check in. They barely acknowledged me, except to tell me “no rooms tonight”, annoyed that I was there. Even when I tried to say I already booked and paid through Expedia she just kept saying “I understand. But no rooms tonight”. Finally the other girl put her phone down and got on the computer to check me in. Without saying a word to me. I finally had to ask “is there a problem?” She said no and handed me 2 room keys. Neither of which worked for my room. I had to come get her to let us in, and she didn’t replace my room keys. So we were stuck in the room until we left lol. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The ONLY positive… I didn’t see any bugs during my stay. Spend the extra $40 and stay ANYWHERE else. You’re welcome.

First time in a Holiday Inns Express. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. It is not a 5 star hotel, but I selected 5 stars cuz what they did they did well

Beautiful and clean hotel with easy walking access to all of Portland

Hotel was average at best. Price point was excessive for the hotel. Water stains on bathroom ceiling and woke up each morning extremely congested. Breakfast was adequate.
