“The rooms are clean and spacious.
Everything else is stretched : the staff and the amenities.
There is no view of the hills or any outside view. Just rooms
Amenities are just a tick in the box. All make shift. A store room has been converted into the Table tennis room. Similar for the pool and other activities.
The restaurant / cafe is too small. Gets overcrowded and cannot even walk inside .I paid around 14 k for a room per night. No value for the money I paid”

“No Wi Fi, felt like a deserted place with nobody at all inside. The rooms need to be upgraded to match the rates! ”

“The property is average. They won't provide hot water after 9 am and they just want to make money so they'll charge you 100 for one time. The staff service guy didn't even picked up the luggage while checking out. Overall poor service. ”
