*****AVOID this place at all costs.**** We booked this unit for our company. I read all the fine print and it states that you must contact the condo to provide a credit card for the deposit. I contacted the condo a week before to ensure a smooth check in for our employees. The property manager or owner answered the phone and went off on me about how Expedia is useless to work with, that it doesn't send out the information properly, that I should have received emails (that I wasn't getting) and how stupid the system was. All I wanted to do was provide the credit card information for the damage deposit. Upon our check out, the PM or owner then sent me photos of a table we apparently damaged with hot food?? As our employees have an food allowance, so I had a hard time believing take out would warp/crack the wood on the table. So I asked for proof. The photos sent were just of the table. No way to determine where the table was located. When I asked for a room photo where the table was located, I was ignored and again they complained about the system. When I asked again, I was told that they wouldn't be doing this back and forth with me anymore? After asking again for the 3rd time, I finally got the staged photos and I was told I was being ridiculous and that my handling of the situation was absolutely abysmal. This PM or owner is very unprofessional and not easy to deal with. Save yourself the headache and AVOID!!! They just want to keep the damage deposit.
