“This place is little better than a youth hostel: unwelcoming, grim, dirty and unsafe. You would do better sleeping in a skip. There are no human beings involved in the entire process; all communication is through WhatsApp. Upon "registering" you are presented with a series of additional charges not mentioned on the booking site before "check-in". “Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. “Place was clean and a good location for Brighton pride parade, but a little far from the village. It has an unusual layout in that two people have to sleep in a separate room through a yard, if they want to go to the toilet/kitchen/lounge they have to pass through the yard and through someone’s bedroom to get to the toilet, it wasn’t a huge issue just unexpected. I’m a deep sleeper so took the room people passed through and slept ok.”
