“Me and my wife stayed at this hotel just recently has we attended our daughters wedding..The young lad who met us was very polite and helpful..if we visit here again we would definitely stay at the moor ville hotel ..and we thought the price was very good too.. kind regards Gwynfor Nash”

“Awful. Had homeless on the entry steps. Police in reception dealing with something.
Delapidated. And needs money to at least fix cracks in wall and paint it. Needs a good clean the stairs had years of dust on them.
Looks like a hotel that the owners have just forgotten about.”

“The property is in a mid terrace house in a dilapidated part of town. It is either an attic or loft conversion with creaking wooden floor boards. To access the property, there is a steep and narrow winding stair case .
The bathroom is en-suite but there was no working shower . The radiator was on full heating all night making the room uncomfortably hot. There is a TV monitor placed on the table , not fixed. It is attached to Wi-Fi but no Wi-Fi code is provided for customer use. The staff...
