Amazing stay

Very nice hotel. In a charming mid evil city of Germany. The room itself was large and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing choices for all walks of life.

Room was nice and clean. Most of the staff were great except one of the reception staff was a little rude when I went to check in; the gentleman that did check me in was great. Parking was easy and right next to the hotel and they had a HUGE breakfast selection!

Poor english skills from the Hotel reception.... No info that the room will not be cleaned if you do not request it. (Only info in GErman) When requested cleaning they didnt do it..... Poor Wifi connection

Soweit war alles gut, haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einziger Knackpunkt war nur das Teppich im Zimmer war, für Allergiker nicht so gut geeignet. Schon wieder für September gebucht aber ein Zimmer ohne Teppich. Sonst war alles Top

Grundsätzlich ein solides 4* Hotel. Aber auch nichts besonderes. Großes Haus und viele Zimmer. Freitag und Samstag waren Veranstaltungen im Haus mit lauter Musik. Bis ca. 1 Uhr in der Nacht konnte man die im 3. Stock hören. Frühstück ok, aber nur Standard.

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern in einem Familienzimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber, groß genug, mit toller Aussicht und ruhig. Am Check.In hat man uns sehr freundlich empfangen, leider gab es an dem Tag keine Ersatzzahnbürste, aber das war nicht schlimm. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, vielen Dank!

Das Hotel ist einfach ausgestattet und an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet bietet viel, verdient aber etwas mehr Liebe. Die angeschlossene, preisgünstige Tiefgarage ist prima, aber Lademöglichkeiten für Nicht-Tesla-Fahrer wären wünschenswert. Insgesamt hätten wir von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel etwa mehr erwartet.
