Ok location but older hotel with load guests.

I noticed there are a lot of guests smoking in the lobby right in front of the no smoking sign and staffs are not saying anything. The hotel is older and food service is catered more to the Asian pallets. 3 -4 (max) stars possible but definitely not 5. I was given the wrong info regarding my afternoon tea but later found out my room didn't qualify. Definitely a loud area and heavier traffic getting in and out of there.
