Good service, clean tidy rooms. No air condition

They have no air codition running when they feel that the weather is too cold. I want to sleep with the window closed because of the noise and mosquitos, but since they dont have cold air condition i was sweating. They sent me a fan... i was not happy about that. Btw all the rooms have zero air conditioning during my stay. The breakfast buffet was lackluster. I will eat breakfast outside next time. The pillows were flat and empty on the inside. The staff were really nice though. Check in and out was also fast.

表通りに位置した便利なホテル

到着後から出発時まで、スタッフの対応が非常に良く、ハウスキーパーのおばさんの対応も良かった。 アメニティも満足出来、本当にここは中国？って感じる位でした。 多少の古さは感じるが、それを全く気にならないレベルの清潔感で満足出来た。 部屋はそれ程広くない為、ホテルでのんびり1日を過ごすなら、多少は窮屈かもしれないが、 そうでは無かった為、私は快適に過ごせました。 表通りに面している為、タクシーも直ぐに拾うことが出来るのも、便利でした。

Ok boutique hotel in great location

Great location can walk to a lot of food, etc.. A/C didn't work in room, unable to cool room. As others have said, car horns are an issue, might as well be sleeping on street due to noise. Water took AT LEAST 7 minutes to get even Luke warm, even at night. Staff was nice and friendly, always smiling. Hostess in bar was great.

Boutique hotel centrally located

Arrived very late and staff were very helpful, rooms were well furnished and maintained, linens, towels, bedding all very good quality. Restaurant also well run, good selection of western options and all well prepared.

İt was a bussines trip for one nigth I booked non smoking room but the was smelling terrible I asked them to change it, but then ı received a more smaller and back side room The room decoration is old The breakfast was not bad but need to improve more for European customer

隣がうるさいのと道路側なので、外の音もうるさい。眠れない。

部屋の壁が薄いのか、隣の音がものすごくうるさい。一緒に泊まった人も別の部屋でしたが、隣の部屋の声が丸聞こえで眠れなかったと言っていました。また、交通量の多い交差点の側なので、夜遅くまでクラクションの音などで、かなりうるさいです。最上階でこの音ですから、他の階は間違いなくうるさいでしょう。 部屋は清潔ですし、建物も歴史がある割には西洋風で気に入っていたのですが、今後使わないと思います。

下次来温州一定会再次入住

多年来到大陆出差住过大大小小高低档酒店，这家绝对是最令人感到满意的一家。 感觉身处西欧，酒店的每一个细节都令人感到满意，在里面感觉到身心完全的放松。 支付了三星级的价钱却得到了六星级的享受。

L'hôtel est bien situer, si vous arriver un peu tard vous trouverez de quoi vous restaurer au alentour de l'hôtel, nos chambres étaient très propres et bien équipées.

Lovely hotel in Wenzhou for quick stop over.

This hotel was great- I arrived very late and the staff were friendly, the room comfortable and the breakfast was lovely too. The hotel was clean and the bed was great. The shower was perfect too! :)

ヨーロッパ調のかわいいホテル

3年ほど前に宿泊して、久しぶりに今回また宿泊しました。3年前の時は施設内の故障でお湯が出ませんでした。今回は部屋の開閉用のカードが全館使用できませんでした。ロックはできるので、セキュリティーは大丈夫だったのですが、部屋を開けるとき、いちいちフロントの人に開けてもらわないといけませんでした。前回、今回とたまたまかもしれませんが、施設の故障に合ってしまいました。おそらく、故障はしょっちゅうあるのではないでしょうか？建物、部屋の雰囲気はすごく可愛く、素敵なホテルなのに残念です。宿泊客のほとんどが白人で、中国人はほとんどいません。故障を除けばとても静かで快適なホテルです。
