The stay was generally pretty good. The outside of the hotel you could see that it was pretty much under construction and from time to time it was quite loud, since it's still under renovation, but it was actually not much of an issue for us. The room was cozy and clean. My partner had sauna every night, and it was quite pleasant especially it was cold and windy outside during our stay. What we also loved the most were the near public transportation which only takes 6-7 minutes of a walk to the bus stop and the highlight was the beach.. just 3-5 minute walk and you're already on the beach. Overall, we'd love to recommend the hotel. :))

Wir hatten ein tolles Dreibettzimmer (es hätten aber auch 5 Leute reingepasst). Alles sauber, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Allerdings ohne Aufzug, das sollte man vorher wissen (bei Komfort Zimmern). Die Dusche war in der Schräge, daher nichts für große Menschen und ein Fenster war gesprungen. Das Frühstück war spitze! Sauna haben wir leider nicht ausprobiert. Schwimmbad wohl nich nicht fertig.

Wir sind am Samstag bereits sehr früh angereist und ich hatte gebeten, dass unser Zimmer etwas früher, aber spätestens um 15:00 Uhr wie vereinbart gereinigt zur Verfügung steht. Als wir um 16:00 Uhr im Hotel waren, war das Zimmer immer noch dreckig von den Hotelgästen zuvor und wurde erst nach einer Wartezeit von nochmals 30 Minuten im Schnellverfahren gereinigt und mit deutlichen Wohnspuren der vorherigen Gäste an uns übergeben. An dem darauf folgenden Tag kamen wir abends von unserem Insel Aufenthalt zurück, und mussten feststellen, dass das Zimmer um 17:00 immer noch nicht gereinigt war. Erst als wir uns an der Rezeption darüber beschwert hatten, wurden Anstalten unternommen, das Zimmer zu reinigen, was dann aber auch erst um 18:00 Uhr erfolgen konnte. Am nächsten und übernächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption zucken bedauerlicherweise nur mit den Schultern. Ein Gespräch mit der Hotelleitung ist aufgrund der Abwesenheit dieser nicht möglich. Emails an die Hotelleitung oder die Plaza Gruppe bleiben unbeantwortet. Zufälligerweise sind wir Zeugen von ähnlichen Gesprächen zwischen anderen Hotelgästen und Rezeptionsmitarbeitern geworden, die die gleichen Probleme wie wir hatten. Scheinbar handelt es sich dabei um systematische Schwachstellen. Von einem Aufenthalt müssen wir trotz der schönen Lage dringendsten abraten.

Das Personal war sehr frreundlich und hilfsbereit, aber das Hotel ist erheblich!!! in die Jahre gekommen und hat einen sehr hohen Renovierungsbedarf. In den Annexen gibt es leider keinen Fahrstuhl, daher für Senioren nur sehr bedingt geeignet. Frühstück entsprach den Erwartungen.

Oud, oubollig hotel dat zeker geen 4 * waard is. We hadden een luxekamer geboekt maar de verwarmingsradiatoren waren volledig verroest. De wind zorgde voor een gierend geluid in de badkamer dat we tot in de kamer hoorden. Het ontbijt was ook allesbehalve: oude broodjes zonder smaak, uitgedroogde roereieren... Handdoeken aan de inkom van het hotel om vocht op te nemen...Dit Lindner hotel is echt van een heel laag niveau. En dat ondanks de stevige prijs.

Sehr gute Lage nahe am Strand. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet und Wellnessangebot. Sehr freundliches Personal. Leider ist die Anlage aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Fassade und der Saunabereich. In der Dusche hatte es Schimmel. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aber OK.

Ich hatte eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Hotel: der Stand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, es ist eine ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage und das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Zimmer unter dem Dach war sehr gemütlich und modern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und ich werde auf alle Fälle wiederkommen. Herzliche Grüße von Christine Janson
