Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, spectacular Mountain View from balcony, delicious breakfast and dinner at restaurant The Deck. Conveniently located to town and the train station. If you have mobility issues call the free transport from the train station as property is located up a short hill. We saw lots of people taking advantage of this amenity. Free water, tea, and coffee machines in the lobby.

Staff was great. The kitchen even prepared breakfast to-go for our early flight. Views were amazing. Restaurant served the best fondue. We loved staying in Wengen. Wengen had less tourist than the surrounding town and was a great location to hop on the train to Jungfraujouch and Grindelwald. We will definitely stay here again.

The mountain view’s were out of this world. The bedroom was spotless, the bed was so comfy and the shower had amazing water pressure. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall an absolute lovely stay.

The views from the restaurant/breakfast room and from the deck are unbeatable. Overall very good hotel with great staff. Rooms are tiny but that’s not unusual in the area. Would benefit from a bit more tables for dinner on the deck.

This hotel was beyond amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The views from the rooms were everything I could have asked for. Great breakfast too! We stayed during an unusually warm period and the rooms didn’t have AC but had fans which ended up being perfect.

This is an amazing hotel and the balcony view is worth every penny. I really tho if ht Wengen was a much better base than somewhere like Interlaken. The views of the mountains and Lauterbrunnen valley were incredible. It’s a great home base for the Jungfrau region. The staff and property are amazing!

What a delightful hotel this is! My teenage son and I stayed here 3 nights to do some exploring and hiking. We got a Jungfrau view with balcony and the view cannot be beat. It was drop dead gorgeous! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each day after hiking. The double room included a king bed (two twins put together) and updated tasteful bathroom. The room offered all the amenities you could need - toiletries, mini-fridge, cutting board, wine opener and sitting area for late afternoon snacks. The breakfast was fantastic and included a self serve espresso/coffee machine. It is a short downhill walk to other restaurants, the gondola and to Coop grocery store which is easiest and least expensive place to buy provisions for picnic lunch. We had dinner twice at The Deck because views of Alps are mesmerizing. I highly recommend staying in Wengen as a home base and Hotel Jungfraublick offered everything we needed. Forgot to mention all the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

View - view from the front of the hotel is stunning. The Deck - Hotel’s restaurant which is actually a Deck overlooking mountains. It is in front, outside the hotel and is gorgeous. Staff - courteous and polite Huge shout out to - Daniel, Natalie, Pedro, Louis, John. Rooms are nice, I booked with the forest view. Mountain view rooms are more expensive. Check size of the room before booking. They have foosball table, board games, billiards table. Self laundry service for CHF 10.
