I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Wengen. The location was beautiful, and my whole experience there made my time in the Swiss Alps even more special. The staff were always incredibly helpful, welcoming, and polite. A special thank you to Tomás, who was incredibly kind and carried my very heavy suitcase all the way up the stairs for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I truly appreciated his help and kindness. I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wengen. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel so welcome. I would happily stay here again!

Clean & comfortable rooms with stunning views of the Wengen Alps and valleys below. Great staff who were super friendly and couldn't do more to look afteryou. Great food both at breakfast and evening meals for those on the half board package. A fantastic location.

Perfect location, friendly staff and clean rooms. Excellent view of the valley and mountains. Breakfast came out flat, no variety whatsoever. Having the same breakfast 5 days in a row was a bit of a challenge. Otherwise highly recommended

This hotel is beautiful. Incredible views, slightly removed from the heavy tourist area. Breakfast and dinner were both amazing. Staff is friendly and you can organize them to take you up to the train station (or 10 min walk uphill). I'm not sure why it is only 3 stars - at minimum it should be 4 stars. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely family hotel in Wengen. The views are beautiful, and my favorite moments were sitting outside facing the mountains and waterfalls — peaceful and unforgettable. The room was very clean, the staff were warm and friendly, and the whole atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable. The food was also thoughtfully prepared and very tasty. Thank you for making the stay so enjoyable. Will definitely come back again.

Beautiful property. Great view. Lovely garden. Breakfast and dinner were good, however limited serving hours. My family stayed in one of the apartments. This was in a different building. Had a great balcony with Mountain Views. My only suggestion would be to provide a coffee maker in the apartments and a separate mirror in the bedroom for convenience. Overall was a great pick!

The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were lovely throughout, friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Housekeeping standards were excellent. That said, the room itself was very basic. Amenities were limited to hand soap and shower gel, and the pillows were flat. Food was the weakest part of the stay. Breakfast had very limited hot options, essentially just fried eggs or pancakes, and not much for anyone with intolerances. Dinner is a fixed four course menu that leaned heavily on cheese. There is only one alternative main for vegetarians, so we ended up with cheese based dishes for both starter and main. Some variety, or the ability to swap a course, would make a big difference. Worth staying for the location and the cleanliness. Manage your expectations on the food and pack your own pillow if you are fussy about them.
