The hotel itself is nice enough, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The main reason we booked this hotel was the spa and pool. However, the pool heating was broken during our stay, so the water was around 18°C instead of the advertised 30°C. For a spa hotel, it's difficult to understand why repairing the heated pool didn't seem to be a priority. We were told that at least there was hot water in the room's shower, as if that was supposed to make up for the situation. Unfortunately, even the steam shower wasn't working properly. The compensation we received was negligible and nowhere near enough considering that one of the hotel's main attractions was unavailable. The service at the bar was equally disappointing. We ordered two beers and waited around 15 minutes to receive them. In Germany, of all places, waiting that long for two beers is surprising. The bartender seemed more interested in polishing glasses and chatting with colleagues than serving guests. For a hotel that markets itself as luxurious, I expected much better service. Breakfast was decent but nothing special—just a standard hotel breakfast. The staff in the breakfast area were also surprisingly loud, which didn't create a particularly relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this was not an enjoyable stay, especially considering the price. There are much better hotels offering better service and better value for money. I would not choose to stay here again.

New and clean hotel. A hotel with big potential ! - they (hotel OWNERS) just need to fix a few elementary issues which frustrates both personnel and guests. Personnel overall friendly, but seems like they work under a concept not fully aligned between management, personnel and guests... Restaurant (evening): We managed to get a table for dinner 1 of 4 nights. Restaurant is apparently fully booked for all guests upon arrival, making a lot of guests unhappy, as other options close by are limited (unless you are okay by having dinner at 20.00-21.00). At the restaurant, is was not even crowded, so it seems as the kitchen capacity was the issue. It was a fixed menu and the food was very fine - so a shame they could accommodate more. Hotel restaurant also take bookings from people not staying at the hotel. Quick-fix: please stop this during high season. Restaurant (morning): Don't go there in rush hours (9-10) - they have tables enough if the weather is fine and you can sit outside, but the kitchen can't fill the buffet fast enough with basic food, plates, etc. A luxury problem (not included in my overall rating): Very bad WIFI at the hotel. For long periods it didn't work at all. Isolated not a big problem, but when the 5G network in the hotel is also blocked, it was not possible to send simple messages from the room. On the balcony the signal was okay. Perfect: rooms, beds and pool. Overall: Wife was happy. Kids a bit disappointed by bad WIFI and limited pool hours.

The place was nice. However it took more than 40 min to check in, and after we completed the check-in process they told us the pool pump was broken. If we would have known that we would have gone somewhere else. The pool and facilities where the main reason we went there. The staff was nice but there was way to few of them. We waited for service everywhere because so few people where there. Despite the hotel being fully booked in July. We would not recommend based on this experience. We were very disappointed.

Everything is new, and it's mostly wonderful. That said, whomever planned the lighting switches and electrical needs some practical education. WHY is the shower light in with the toilet and nowhere near the shower itself? There are just some NUTTY lighting switch and electrical configurations. Once you figure them out, it's OK, but seriously. And the super nice in-bathroom steam bath is great -- but NEVER accidentally run it with the door ajar. The entire hotel fire alarm system went off when the room by ours set of the alarms with their steam bath. Not fun. But loved the place overall.

Unser 2. Aufenthalt und wir waren wieder sehr begeistert . Die Begrüßung super freundlich, man fühlt sich wie bei Freunden . Das Zimmer, wir hatten das gleiche, war auch wieder perfekt . Super schönes neues Hotel in bester Ostseelage! Geniale Zimmer, schöne Ausstattung, alles für einen erholsamen Wellness Urlaub in nettem Ambiente. Sehr freundliches, informiertes Personal. Dass jedes Zimmer eine kleine Kitchenet hat und auch eine Nespressomaschine und besonders wichtig! einen Kühlschrank, ist der Hammer. Wir sind keine Vielfrühstücker, daher ist das so für uns genau richtig. Ein paar Meter vom Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Bäcker und etwas weiter in Wendtorf einen Edeka, auch mit Bäcker. Bis nach Stein ist es fußläufig nicht weit und mit dem Rad kann man super schön in beide Richtungen entlang der Ostsee radeln. Mit noch mehr Zeit auch ins Landesinnere. So ein schönes Fleckchen Erde !

Wir waren 11 Tage dort… und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war stets freundlich. Der Pool war schön warm… die Kinder Pool Zeiten haben für uns auch gepasst… wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht… es war ziemlich oft sehr voll… aber das Buffett wurde stets gefüllt. Somit für uns hat alles gepasst.

Dieses Hotel ist einfach eine 10/10. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit wunderschönem Meerblick (unbedingt buchen, lohnt sich total). Jeden Morgen konnte man als erstes auf die Ostsee schauen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist super, in der Küche ist alles wichtige vorhanden, auch das Dampfbad im Zimmer ist ein absolutes Highlight. Ein Bademantel für jeden Erwachsenen wird einem auch zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstück war super lecker, jeden Morgen kann mit einem Glas Sekt in den Tag gestartet werden. Auch der Pool und Saunabereich sind wunderschön und laden zum relaxen ein. Jeden Tag kann man sich ein Salzpeeling kostenlos an der Rezeption abholen. Der Fitnessraum hat uns auch gefallen, besonders der schöne Ausblick. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die ruhige Lage, dennoch kann man mit dem Rad oder auch zu Fuß schnell alles erreichen. Der Strand ist wunderschön, total sauber und natürlich und das Wasser ist total klar und flach abfallend, perfekt für Kinder. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Hotel geparkt werden. Fahrradparkplätze sind auch vorhanden. Wir haben die 10 Tage im Slowdown total genossen und können es absolut empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Punkteabzug gibt es für die kurzfristige Info (4 Stunden vor Anreise), dass unser Zimmer mit Meerblick in ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das Naturschutzgebiet (oder auch Blick auf den Parkplatz) aufgrund eines Buchungsfehlers geändert wurde. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich und in die 20m2 ist wirklich viel Ausstattung eingebaut. Der Pool und Spa-Bereich ist ebenfalls sauber und ordentlich und sehr nett gemacht. Der Außenbereich könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Für E-Bikes gibt es Fahrradboxen. Das Abendessen ist leider nicht zu empfehlen, aber das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, mit viel Auswahl und reichhaltig. Unseren Beschwerden über die Zimmerumbuchung wurde mit kostenlosem Parken und einem Gutschein für die Hotelbar entgegengekommen. Auch beim Abendessen wurde der Preis kulanter Weise reduziert. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Havde bestilt og betalt for værelse med hav udsigt for 2 nætter. Men pga fejl fra hotellets side kunne vi ikke få havudsigt. Og alle værelser var optaget. Eneste kompensation var gratis parkering og to drinks…. Har rejst meget i gennem 30år og har aldrig oplevet så ringe service. Slet ikke i Tyskland. Personale virkede generelt uengageret. Og man følte sig ikke velkommen. Restauranten virkede lidt beskidt med mange fluer og personalet virkede uengagerede. Nogle gæster ved nabobordet ventede ca en time på maden. Fra køkkenet lød konstant meget larm og højlydt talen/råben. Hotellet virker ellers pænt og nyt. Og værelset var fint og rent. Virkede desværre som om hotellet ikke magtede det store rykind af gæster her i høj sæsonen. Kommer med sikkerhed ikke igen.

Vi valgte hotellet, da der ifølge beskrivelse af faciliteterne var en udendørs og indendørs pool. Dette var vigtigt for os, da vejret ville have indflydelse på den valgte pool. Desværre viste det sig, at begge pools var forbundet, så man kunne svømme ind og ud, uden forhindring. Vandtemperaturen var på 19-20 grader og dermed for koldt for os og vi benyttede ikke poolen. Dette var en stor skuffelse for os, da opholdet netop skulle bruges til svømning og afslapning. Hotellet kompenserede os for dette og var lydhøre for evt. forbedringer. Hotellet og værelset er skøn, lyst, rent og hyggeligt.

Fint hotell med basseng og solsenger på et sandområde ved siden. Hyggelig personale. God og variert frokost. €10 for parkering ett døgn. Strand i nærheten. Litt begrenset utvalg i restauranten på kvelden, og ikke så mange alternativer.
