Die Kommunikation mit Dancenter über die Chatbot Funktion im Vorfeld war nicht gut. Wo ich vor Ort angerufen habe und eine wirkliche Person am Telefon war wurde ich auch sofort geholfen und die Person hat sich gut um mich gekümmert. Einfache Fragen wie welche Größe die Betten haben kann die KI leider nicht beantworten. Die Unterkünfte und den Service vor Ort war Super.
