Everything was great except the toilet was having a hard time fully flushing and required us to wait a while and then try to flush again multiple times. The shower also seemed to have difficulty draining and got about an inch or two of water during a quick 5 minute shower. But the bed was comfy and overall suited our needs.

Under New management has been helpful to this location. Customer service was available and ready to help! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Checking in after midnight was not a hassle. One thing is, if you are local bring cash for down payment!

This was a last minute, change of plans stay over due to the wildfires killing our camping night. Location was great for getting is back onto the hwy to head West. It was decent for a quick stop - I imagine exactly what it is designed for. Defo not a destination property. It was clean, quiet and well positioned so no complaints at all.

We checked in at 2 am. All we wanted to do was sleep, and the beds were comfy, that's all that matters. Didn't use pool or breakfast but both looked nice. The hotel was definitely dated, I can understand where some of the bad reviews come from, but it was fine...you get what you get when booking at Quality Inn and not the Hilton.

This three-bedroom accommodation is exceptionally well-suited for a family. The management team provides a very friendly and helpful experience. Guests can enjoy a clean and inviting swimming pool. Furthermore, the breakfast offerings are quite good. It is a truly pleasant place to stay.

Parking was easy. Room was clean! A/C worked just fine. When I checked in the Gentleman was not the most outgoing and friendly individual I would expect. It was also difficult to understand him! Perhaps, just the Nationality and his ability to speak clear English.

Room was clean. Beds were comfy. AC worked well. Hot tub was out-of-order and pool was somewhat dirty on the bottom of the pool but water was clear. The breakfast was ok. The orange juice was 3/4 water.

I require an ADA room and the check-in staff went above and beyond getting me into the correct room. However the following day (as I was extending) the older Indian manager increased the room rate saying it was due the ADA equipment. Rather than relocate I paid the increased rate. Lots of deferred maintenance here as well.

Staff was super nice and always said good morning or hello when they saw us. We had two big (and friendly) dogs that stayed with us and they were welcomed. It is always nice to have a good place to stay when you travel with your dogs. The bed was amazing and being how it is Wenatchee and we are not accustomed to the heat, the air conditioning was able to keep up and we all slept great. We were super busy most of our trip but we did enjoy the pool one day. Breakfast was good, and nice not to have to leave the hotel to find food at 6am. It was a super plus tonus that you can connect your own Netflix account to their tv for the time we were in the hotel.

The good: clean, comfortable bed and bedding, clean shower curtain and tub, relatively quiet. The bad: musty/pee? smell in room (ran across the street to Ulta for room spray to cover it up), check in with staff was long and unorganized, disturbing, very prominent (rm 215) rust brown splatters all over curtains, shabby overall. Book your Gorge hotel early or you will end up here!
