I have stayed at many hotels in Leavenworth. This is my favorite!!!! The property is beautiful and relaxing. Lovely pool and hotter and deck as well as other extras on the property that make for a restful getaway. I love everything about the BLUE ELK and it is now our go to Inn for Leavenworth! Few things to call out - breakfast was better than a lot of other continental breakfast being offered in a lot of hotels, gym had all the minimum equipment needed (incl bench press), and saunas were operational and ready to be used. We only had 1 night there with family - would have love to extend but unfortunately the weather forecast was too bad, and same rooms were booked, so upgrading wasn't worth it for us. Would definitely stay there if we plan to visit Leavenworth overnight again.

The hot tub and saunas were a treat - you reserve a time for your party so you have private access. The room was very clean and cute. Not too far of a walk to the heart of town and park. This was my first time staying here and I traveled with a dog. I was not expecting how dog friendly this place is it was amazing. They even provided a mat and towel for my pup. The front desk staff member was so friendly and helpful. I don’t remember her name but she was great. The room was very clean with great amenities, including a private balcony that was very relaxing to use. The property itself was super clean and well taken care of. This will be my new go-to place to stay.

We ended up at this hotel for one night only, by chance. What an amazing pick it was! This hotel is 5 stars for every reason possible. It is well taken care of from the inside to the beautiful outside pool and landscaping. The staff are all accommodating and so polite. It is pet friendly but you would never know a pet had been there. My only regret is that it was only one night. We will be back at some point!
