Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable overall. The facility is old and a bit run down, but is adequate for an overnight stay.

Perfect for our needs to sleep and get up in the morning. Roomy, comfortable beds, and quiet hotel made for a good sleep. The room smelled a little musty, and the bathroom could be renovated - looked like some haphazard renovation, painting already took place. Staff were attentive and friendly.

Quiet, inexpensive hotel in Wells!

I have stayed in several motels in Wells. This one, tho dated, has been upgraded and is much quieter than the others which are closer to the truck stops. It will be my motel of choice for Wells going forward.

Hotel is well placed, near the main routes. But the reception was not kind and polite. Rooms could be cleaner

Do not stay

No hot water. Dangerous stairs falling apart. Floors were bad. Lobby was not open by 6. Dirty bathtub. One bar if soap. One garbage can.

The room key was temperamental. The room floor felt like you would make a hole if you stepped in certain spots. The towel rack fell off the wall and there was a bug in the one of the beds

This property is very old and rundown. It has not been updated or repaired. The continental breakfast menu was sparse and very few options. I usually find the Super 8 Motel acceptable but this particular one is below their standards. I do not recommend staying here.
