Staying at this hotel is always a good experience! Hotel is always clean, and they provide bathrobes and slippers for room which is nice. This is always my number one hotel choice when staying in ogunquit!

Staff very nice. Rooms clean. Breakfast was great. This was the best shower I have ever had in a hotel. Toilet paper was awful. Rooms need regular dressers; it was like putting your cloths in a storage shelf.

I always base a stay by the cleanliness first. This place was very clean from floors to bed and bathroom. Breakfast was nice we enjoyed it. Staff is very nice. I do think you need a few more items to sell in your store. Tylenol adult and kids maybe tums. Things people may forget or run out of. Parking is fine, no problem. It was a 30 min walk to downtown. I guess it would depend on how fast you walk. Don’t count on the trolleys to much lots of traffic we waited 40 min for one we started walking after 30 min. Overall very nice. Thank you

I was pleased overall with the stay. The accommodations and staff were great. Beds were comfortable and the room was well equipped. The only suggestion would be to have dark roast coffee in the room and lobby. Fresh fruit at breakfast. Other than these minor suggestions everything was great! I cannot comment on the pool since it was too cold to be swimming outdoors when we stayed here. It was open and well-maintained that I could see.

No curb appeal from the road at all...yet..once behind property..everything changes!.Great bed..better pillows! None of the bedside lights or plugs were functioning...and upon entering room...no air conditioning on...and the room was over 90 degrees...took over 2 hours for it to cool down.. Views are superb...pool was relaxing!

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, including the bed. The staff at reception were amazing, very friendly, helpful and welcoming.parking was easy and accessible. The dining area was amazing. Unfortunately, breakfast was underwhelming. We understood that it was a continental breakfast but this was not great. Prepackaged muffins and danish, boxed juices… coffee was good. We ate out s few miles away, place specializes in Benedicts, worth the five miles drive! Lack luster would not keep me from going back.
