We were running late, and the motel staff called us and gave us the late check-in procedure. How nice was that? Met the owner the next morning and told them how much we enjoyed our stay with them. ”

“Very nice studio in a historic building. Only downside was we were in the carriage house which required climbing a long outdoor staircase. A bit difficult and would have been good to know ahead of time. Studio was spotless and very thoughtfully appointed with kitchen essentials for simple meals. We only stayed one night but it would be a great place for an extended stay. Super comfortable bed. Staff was very nice and even offered a future discount for a small problem that occurred. “Property was well maintained, although all was older. Mostly clean and all things worked well. It was a property from the 1960's, so was worn. But all was functional. Close to Rt. 1, so noisy, but also convenient. Parking was a bit crowded but not real inconvenient. Probably a good room for the price and the expensive area.”
