The staff were great and very friendly, and the location was convenient. We also appreciated having a room with a balcony. However, we did notice the absence of a few small touches we’ve experienced at other hotels, such as complimentary water and welcome treats, bathrobes and slippers, milk in the fridge, and more premium toiletries (not in paper sachets). Overall, our stay was OK.
