Spacious room and although booked a no window room, was pleasantly surprised to see a small window. Prefect place to stay for one or two nights. Very clean and modern. Nice to have air conditioning too

Nice hotel in central Wellington - modern, clean rooms with guest parking for a fee. The TV didn't work very well during our stay and the glass design of the bathroom might make it feel less private to some. These were the only issues with our stay Despite this, I would stay here again - it's good value for money and very well located

It was clean and good value for basic accommodation in a good location, just 8 minutes walk to Cuba St so really central. But as a woman on my own, I didn't feel super safe given anyone can walk in from the street and access the hotel, go up in the lift or stairs without a key. There was nobody around, it felt like I could be jumped in te corridor and nobody would even know. I didn't like the very low lighting in the corridors, either, for the same reason, It felt a bit unsafe. Once I was in my room it was fine but having no window wasn't very nice. Also, when I arrived, there was nobody around, it took ages to find someone to check me in.

The room was great and the shower has amazing pressure. Couple of downsides There were no towels in room so we called reception. The receptionist who checked us in insisted they're above the toilet, I said not there and she said we would need to come down to reception to get some. No apology. No offer to bring them to us (We had just driven 6 hours so it would've been a nice gesture) When we came downstairs there was no one at reception so we couldn't get towels but saw a cheerful man in the office who said he will ask the receptionist to bring them to our room.

The location was convenient and good to have onsite parking. The rooms were small but warm and bed was comfortable. The room hadn't been vacuumed properly for a long time. Dust all along the skirting board and carpets around edges. The hallways also hadn't been cleaned or maintained for a while. Didn't have a very welcoming feel to the hotel.

I stayed for 2 nights, in a Queen bed room with small window. I found the room clean and property in good condition. AC worked!! They have a self check-in Kiosk which was very easy to use. There have two levels of parking, though I didn't have to use it. It is located 5-10 mins walk from main CBD.

The room was very nice and modern, all the amenities needed! Very central area. The AC is not very strong so keep that in mind when booking an inside room. I would recommend this budget hotel as it is a great value for how nice it is!
