Rooms were COLD, but once I found the heater, that helped. Access is down a long drive which is drive in / Reverse out, especially when the neighbour positioned their rubbish bins at the edge of their drive to stop anyone using it as a turning space! Finding the house could be helped with better street numbering at the end of the drive - the number is on the letter box which is seen when heading in the opposite direction. Very quiet at night and the ability to park off the road was good.
