Th staff were excellent, the room was clean. The main issue is that the double bed could only be reached from one side which for older people is a problem. Car parking worked well and the central location was also very good.

Didn’t realise the pool was in a separate building down the road, or that the elevator doesn’t go all the way down to the basement carpark. The staff were very helpful and the rooms clean. The reason why this does not get five stars from me is the lack of double glazing as it can be noisy in the CBD due to construction and refuse collection.
