We had a comfortable stay , room was tidy and clean . 3 stars really relates to the maintenance of floors are so creaky in the room , position of the towel rail and toilet roll holder is in a terrible position making using the toilet a very cramped space for even the smallest person.

Room was very clean and spacious enough for my son & I during our stay in Wellington. Didn’t realise the pool was in a separate building down the road, or that the elevator doesn’t go all the way down to the basement carpark. Being on the terrace right next to the motorway - can get quite loud into the evening/early morning.

Stayed 2 nights. The staff where friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. Had the room cleaned and serviced after the first night, which was nice to come back after the day out. However a few things for anyone wanting to stay here. The pool facilities are not at the hotel but a 2-3min walk doen the road which is a independent gym facility. The room which i was in was on the 7th floor but was still quite noisy from traffic and construction from next door. The room was clean and tidy, but very dated and tired. The room layout and steps inside the room apartment was just odd, felt a little disppointed, but maybe should done a bit more research before booking.
