I loved my five nights at Quest. The location is great. We were able to catch a bus from the airport to the front door. There were many good cafes and restaurants within blocks. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a quick walk to the restaurants, museums and the cable car that we enjoyed during our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything - evrn a combined washer/dryer. I would highly recommend this hotel.

While it was on the small size for hotel rooms, it had everything we needed. We really appreciated the Nespresso machine in the kitchenette. The hotel has no large reception / lobby, and the only entrance is a simple non-descript doorway at the Lambton Quay address, and you use an intercom to gain access until you get a key card to open the door and make the elevator work.

Very clean room, had all amenities outlined. The area was quiet and easy access to tram to Zealandia and Botanical Garden. Easy walk to waterfront and about 15 minutes to Cuba Street. I would definitely stay here again. I found the staff not very friendly.
