I would stay again!

Everything was as advertised and just what I needed. Comfortable, warm and spotless! Five minute walk to bus route #4, so easy to go into central Wellington. I thoroughly enjoyed the views and meeting the lovely hosts.

Really enjoyed our stay with Janice and Brent! They were amazing hosts and meeting them was a real pleasure. The room was very comfortable and had a beautiful view! Breakfast was delicious! Most of all we loved chatting with Janice and Brent!

Cozy B&B - amazing host

I had a short overnight stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the upper floor is simply amazing! Even more amazing is Janice - kind, helpful and a wonderful conversationist. Short but unforgettable stay.

Nice room with a great view of ocean from window. Hostess friendly and provided a breakfast in time for us to catch the morning ferry. We had a private bathroom but it was in the hallway. Would stay here again.
