The concierge was super friendly and soo helpful giving advice on restaurants, attending to a slight issue with our aircon which was resolved immediately! It is the perfect location for walking around Wellington and a very reasonable price. We had a deluxe two bedroom apartment which was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay there again !!

Impressed. Clean, tidy and everything was in good condition. We had a two room apartment. Fully kitted out kitchen that you could actually cook a full meal in if you wanted. Good amenities like coffee, tea, hot chocolate biscuits. The slightly con, but fine. The walls are relatively thin, people next to us if noisey you can hear them. We had partying people but they stopped not too late.

Easy check in (once I got the details - was a bit of back and forth with some seemingly templated email replies), and a nice, spacious and comfortable place, in a perfect location for exploring the city by foot. Well equipped kitchen, plus lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, so everything we could have asked for.

With very low price I don't expect it will be so good. Good location, complete and working in-house amenities, clean sheets and towel, and they also clean the room daily. Although they don't have parking area, there are many parking options near the area. Totally recommended.

The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The shower could do with better pressure because could not have heat and pressure, only one or the other. Very clear instructions in accessing property after reception hours. Will certainly used again

Perfect location, comfortable stay

Wonderful stay in the most brilliant location! I’m an ex-Wellington local and didn’t even know about this gem. Yes, it’s obviously converted offices and I do wish there had been an ability to open a window, but these are minor flaws. Friendly staff with great communication. The mattresses are quite soft so be aware of that if that’s not your jam, but I slept like a baby! Kitchen was well equipped too. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Modern apartment , great space , close to restos, comfortable bed . Helpful and friendly guy at the desk . I just would like to suggest option for earlier check in . We were allowed to leave our bags but the room we left our belongings seem like a dumping area for cleaning supplies and stuff and a picture of chaos .

The room was a lot smaller than the pics, which made it look like a very large apartment. However it was sufficient. After hours checkin was fine, as was communication with the staff. Special mention to desk guys, very awesome friendly and helpful. Good location for buses, shops etc.

Beautiful stay, exceptional customer service We picked Liberty Apartment Hotel for its pet-friendly policy, lovely rooms, central location, and reasonable rates. These aspects all delivered, but they went above and beyond with their customer service. The receptionists and housekeepers were always quick to provide additional amenities (more toiletries or towels, etc.) during our stay. However, after we checked out, we realized we left behind an extremely sentimental item (our child's irreplaceable stuffed animal) in the linens. The staff--especially Fabian--went out of their way to ensure they double- and triple-checked the room we stayed in, and even contacted the linen company to return our beloved item. We could not be more grateful for their service throughout our stay and even after we left. If you book with them, you (and your pets!) will be well taken care of.
