This is my second time staying at Kasa Wellington and it once again did not disappoint. Such a great apartment! The area is great. With access to the pool and gym. You literally cannot go wrong with this place. The location is great for what I need it for. I will be returning here on every visit!

This is the first time we had to buy our own paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap and gargage bags. The pool, workout room and Bar B Ques were fantastic. The staff addressed our refrigerator freezing our food within 3 days. The unit was clean and we had utencils, cooking pans, dishes, toaster, sharp knives for our stay.

Property was as described and very convenient location within the community. Apartment and kitchen were fully equipped. Overall, the community is a bit lacking in maintenance & cleaning. For example pet waste bins were very full and smelly, hallways had litter, in my unit the ceiling fan pull chain did not function. Those issues non-withstanding, I would stay here again.
