Staff were the highlight of stay, very friendly. Bar staff even happy to change 1 of the alcohol in a cocktail in happy hour, Cleaning need improvement so much dust even on the coffee machine looks like it haven't been cleaned when we checked in, in awhile. Breakfast was standard hotel food. Walk into town ok but uphill going back took about 20 min to walk to water front. Rooms big in size however 100% NOT sound proof at all, glass door for bathroom and shower hmmm and no handle, Just finger hole?. If you looking for close to town not ideal Oh and chocolate hour not anything to write home about.

room modest but has everything you need really. breakfast modest choices and quite reasonable for aussie/euro but could include an asian style choices. pastries i though were a bit doughy but custard danish nice and flaky. chocolate fountain and sweet happy hour a great idea for non diabetic. great location easy walk to city centre, museum etc.
