Friendly welcome, we were able to go to our room earlier than originally told. Jug wouldn’t go but was promptly changed. Clean warm cosy room. Shower could do with bleach on floor. Happily stored our bags so we could explore city. Restaurant food was lovely. Very accommodating as we were late vacating our room while at breakfast. Thoroughly recommend especially if attending the St James theatre as within easy walking distance. Close to city centre. Thank you.

Great location in the CBD of Wellington, view of the city and sea. We had booked in to watch a play at the Bats Theatre and it was only 5 mins walk. Staff friendly at reception and in the Bar. Enjoyed the “Happy Hour” on site between 4-6 pm and bar snacks prior to going to the theatre. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to others as it has everything you need.

Rooms are a bit tired and it wasnt the cleanest, but it wasn't dirty as such. Staff were lovely and we even had an upgrade which was a delight! Its in an excellent location and the parking behind is plentiful and easy to park in.
