“We stayed 3 nights in the Coach house recently. The rooms are fabulous and the views are stunning. Definitely 5* rooms however the whole place is let down by a few service issues. - We had no wifi in our rooms for the entire stay. When we enquired about this on day 1 we were told that it sometimes doesn't work and no effort was made to fix the problem. - Our plunge pool was filthy. There was sand in the bottom and when we looked at the neighbouring room's pool, ours was definitely green....

“La mejor decisión quedarnos en este hotel. Pasamos por varios hoteles en Stellenbosch & coincidimos tiene de las mejores vistas, ya que el hotel está rodeado de montañas. El personal es súper amable. Samantha en recepción nos ayudó a conseguir una reservación en un restaurante a última hora. El cuarto en el que nos quedamos fue el estándar. Amplio & con terraza privada. La cama & almohadas muy cómodas. Tiene café, te & un frigobar con varias bebidas de cortesía. Comida & bebidas deliciosas....

“Amazing stay and amazing staff at Avondrood. Our room was fabulous and well appointed. The included breakfast was great, and it was nice to have a bar on site for an evening drink. Avondrood is well located in beautiful Franschhoek and an easy to walk to restaurants and shops. My wife and I walked in the evening to restaurants in town and felt safe walking back at night. The setting within the Winelands is spectacular and Avondrood was a great jumping off point to explore many estates and...
