Oh no, please don't make me leave this hotel! We have stayed here for four nights and haved loved coming back here every evening. The decor is so classy, the beds are so comfortable and the layout is sleek and modern. There are plenty of restaurants near by and the breakfast is hearty and plentiful. We found luxury, comfort and convenience, all under one roof & even the parking was a breeze!

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing; and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. No gym on property and there is a cost to use the gym in the shopping centre. Otherwise, it was a great stay and experience.

Coveniently situated at a mall. Close to the Belgian border. Some walking options available, but could be improved upon. Missing more touristy things to do like bike rentals, guided hikes and quad bike trips.

Staff was super friendly and the room was very spacious but everything was old and run down. The soap dispenser attached to wall came off with the first pump of soap. I rented a refrigerator for 2 days but it stopped working after the first day and it was a wine cooler and not a refrigerator. There was no USB charger in room either. The queen beds had two twin comforters that were very short. Overall it was a very basic hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. Slight quiet dripping noise from the air conditioning unit that required me to turn off to sleep. Fortunately I was visiting in early May 2026 when it wasn’t too hot. Didn’t inform staff as was in a rush and wasn’t a big issue at the time for me. Had a great stay and would definitely be back if visiting the area again!

Perfect for a stop, but room was cold

Really good breakfast, very comfortable bed, but unfortunately the room felt cold, and there was no way to turn up the heating. I would have complained, but it was already almost midnight, and I just wanted to sleep. Shame, as it would otherwise have been an excellent stay.

vriendelijk onthaal. Op voorhand verwittigt dat de kamer beschadigde gordijnen had, maar was prima, zeer reume kamer en alles was super netjes. Opgelet er was wel een beetje water binnen gekomen via het raam met de storm... Ontbijt is uitgebreid veel keuze en lekker. TOP personeel!

Haben hier anlässlich der Formel 1 in Spa übernachtet. Zweckmässiges Zimmer, ohne grossen Charme und Aussicht auf das inkludierte Einkaufszentrum. Aber alles da was es benötigt, awlf Check in möglich und auch sonst unkompliziert in der Abwicklung. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es sonst aber nicht wirklich viel ausser dem Einkaufszentrum. Restaurants und Bars schliessen eher früh (22uhr).
